No Visible Difference After 3 Treatments

The people at the laser skin care were very professional, they explained everything, the appointments were at a good time. The results have been less than satisfactory, I did the skin tightening, have completed 3 sessions and have 1 more, but am not seeing the results we discussed at the consultation.

The staff was very professional, answered all my questions, and it was the complimentary laser treatment that seal the deal. Once they did a treatment, I saw it was painless, there would be no downtime, and I saw a small result right away, I purchased a package.

Skin Tightening Causing MORE Wrinkles

I purchased 5 skin tightening sessions. It was supposed to tighten my skin and reduce wrinkles and sagging. I have had 3 sessions and my skin is so much worse. I am developing wrinkles all around my mouth, under my eyes, and my forehead wrinkles are worse. My skin still sags around my mouth. It is not doing what it was supposed to. I am spending a lot of money and I am looking worse. I am not happy so far with my treatment.

Service Varies Too Much

The personnel was courteous. But the service provider varies from one to another, I mean very different. The firsts Skin tightening were performed poorly. The last skin tightening was done properly (March 20) on different areas of my face including the jaw line, the first one was not performed the same way, was performed randomly all over the face. This provider spent the time needed to perform this treatment, as it should be. I think there should be more supervision to insure properly service to clients.
