And if you want to avoid stripping your skin of natural oils, find a cleanser that is oil or cream-based as opposed to one that is mineral-based or loaded with unnatural chemicals.
Try a Sheet Mask
The latest trend from Korea, sheet masks have recently become all the rage throughout the skincare world. These powerful masks are loaded with hydrating ingredients that will infuse your skin with much-needed moisture and help to lock it in. For the best results, perform a sheet mask treatment twice a week and pamper your skin with the hydration it needs to stay looking young and firm.
Never Forget the SPF
Sunscreen is an often-overlooked part of the skincare routine, especially in the wintertime, but blocking out harmful UV rays is crucial no matter what time of year it is.
