Adding some cinnamon to your diet is an easy way to increase your blood circulation, which will help your skin repair itself. Additionally, cinnamon is loaded with antioxidants, which will visibly reverse the signs of aging.
Sesame seeds are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, which makes them an excellent way to fight free radicals in your body and improve your overall skin health. Moreover, sesame seeds help to preserve the collagen that your body naturally produces, giving your skin greater elasticity.
