An Overview

Perlane is a Hyaluronic Acid dermal filler that’s very similar to Restylane. The main difference between Restylane and Perlane is that Perlane lasts a little longer before it’s absorbed back into the body. Hyaluronic Acid is found naturally in humans, and is a major component in our tissue repair and skin growth. Restylane and Perlane are synthetic gel forms of Hyaluronic Acid and can be used to treat wrinkle folds and enhance lips.

Since Perlane is not derived from any animal, unlike Collagen (bovine-based), Perlane does not require testing for allergic reaction. Perlane can safely add volume to any area of the face or body, and is often used to make lips a little fuller. Perlane can be utilized to fill in lines and wrinkles around the mouth, eyes, and forehead. Because Perlane is composed of the substance that sustains skin and gives cells their life, it is the ideal filler for wrinkles that may be depleted of precious Hyaluronic Acid.

Whether it’s for scars, wrinkle correction, lip augmentation, reducing dark under eye circles, or filling in laugh lines, Perlane is the perfect solution if you like Restylane but desire a longer lasting effect.

Perlane Reviews:

Follow Ups Should be a Priority

Posted by TANIA P. on .
After the procedure, I wanted to return a few days later for the touch up because I was very bruised. I wanted my touch up to take place while I was already bruised. The office staff didn't call me back all of Friday and they just took my name and number and disregarded what I mentioned. Patients need follow ups because they are having issues and this should be a concern and priority for the office.

Thanks for the touch-up!

Thank you again for the touch-up, Dr. Ourian. I have a slight dent on my right side still, so going forward, I may need just a touch more in the trough but it looks much better after touch up, overall!
